Quick Facts Location: Haskell, TX Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date: 12/31/2026 Shift: 7p 7a (nights) Hours/Week: 36 Employment Type: PRN/Temporary Certifications Needed: BLS, ACLS, PALS Experience: Prior ER experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $50.25 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You ll Do Provide emergency care to an average of patients daily in a rural critical access hospital Assist with Med/Surg patient care as needed Work independently in a fast-paced, rural environment with minimal supervision Utilize Cerner electronic medical records for documentation Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and quality care Support the emergency department team during night shifts Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and emergency situations What You Need Valid RN license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications At least 1 year of ER experience Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Haskell, Texas, offering a dynamic emergency department environment.
