What You ll DoProvide expert care in the Emergency Department supporting approximately 10-15 patients daily
Work closely with hospital staff to ensure timely patient assessments and interventions
Assist with Med/Surg cases as needed, alongside emergency care duties
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and clinical communication
Support the hospital s commitment to quality patient care in a rural setting
Maintain all required certifications and adhere to safety and health protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
What You NeedValid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong independent working skills and confidence in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work 7p 7a shifts, including every other weekend as needed
