What You ll Do:

Provide compassionate nursing care for general medical and surgical patients

Manage patient assessments, treatments, and documentation

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes

Demonstrate charge capabilities and lead patient care activities

Support patients in ortho, geriatric, rehab, and occasionally pediatric populations

Adhere to facility protocols and maintain professional scrub attire (no specific color required)

Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment

What You Need:

Valid RN license in Texas

BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

Minimum of 2 years Med Surg experience

Strong clinical, communication, and team collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse patient setting
