Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician opportunity in an established primary care practice
100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting serving patients 18 and older
Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option to inquire about a 4-day work week
Phone call only - averages approximately 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
Practice supported by advanced technology including Ambient AI integration, EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
Collaborative care team including nursing staff, your own medical assistant, Behavioral Health support, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
H1B cap-exempt organization supporting work authorization
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities available in hospital or urgent care settings
Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers
