Job Description & Requirements Urgent Care Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $ An established and mission-driven health system in coastal California is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial, patient-centered urgent care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking both professional fulfillment and work-life balance in one of Californias most desirable regions. Opportunity Highlights: Flexible Scheduling: Two full-time roles available FridaySunday (3 shifts) or MondayThursday (4x10s) Work-Life Balance: In-person only, no call, no APP supervision keep work at work Supportive Environment: Join a collegial team with one full-time physician, per diem support, and MAs on staff $325K base salary $50,000 recruitment incentive Community Highlights: This quiet town in California blends rich agricultural heritage with a vibrant, evolving community.
