Schedule: Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (no nights, weekends, holidays, or call) Compensation: $230,000"$255,000 base salary + monthly & quarterly incentives + director stipend The Opportunity We are seeking a Clinic Medical Director to join a well-established urgent care/occupational medicine practice. In this role, you will balance direct patient care with physician leadership, guiding a clinical team, enhancing quality, and supporting operational excellence.
