\ N This role is designed for physicians who want to combinedirect patient care with clinical leadership in a collaborative, supportive practice. As Medical Director, youll treat patients while also mentoring clinicians, guiding quality initiatives, and partnering with leadership to ensure clinical and operational excellence.

\ N Key Responsibilities
\ N Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care as the lead physician
\ N Supervise and mentor APCs and support staff, promoting excellence
\ N Collaborate with therapeutic and specialty partners to optimize outcomes
\ N Partner with leadership on staffing, quality, and operational improvements
\ N Build client and payer relationships while ensuring overall patient satisfaction
\ N Lead by example and foster a safe, professional, respectful workplace culture
\ N Qualifications
\ N MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license
\ N DEA and dispensing license (or eligible before start date)
\ N Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA specialty preferred)
\ N Eligible for Medicare participation
\ N FMCSA certification preferred (training available if not yet obtained)
