Seeking an Urgent Care Medical Director Expanding practice with 6 locations currently that provide general urgent care services and contracts with many local companies for their business health and occupational health needIdeal candidate has strong customer service skills and may have had prior director experience or a practicing provider looking to move into a leadership roleThis position replaces the current medical director who is retiringDOT certification and MRO certification are strongly preferred, but will help obtainOccupational medicine experience preferred but not requiredOpportunity to use both clinical skills and business expertise in this roleBackground in Emergency Medicine or Family MedicineIdeally, incoming medical director will provide a 30% administrative and70% clinical/oversight mixA comprehensive compensation package includes Salary plus Quality and Production Incentive, Commencement Bonus, Medical Education Debt Repayment, CME, Relocation, Health, Life and Retirement, Residency Stipend
