Express Care Pediatrician

Childrens Mercy Kansas City is expanding its Urgent & Express Care Division and is recruiting Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Pediatricians who want to make an immediate impact while enjoying a sustainable and flexible schedule.
Academics & Teaching Opportunities
Academic appointments available through UMKC School of Medicine and University of Kansas School of Medicine
Opportunities to teach residents and medical students
Participation in clinical practice guideline development and quality improvement initiatives
Daily collaboration within a nationally recognized childrens hospital with 50+ pediatric subspecialties

Flexibility to practice in Urgent Care, Express Care, or a hybrid model
On-site labs, X-ray, IV hydration, respiratory support, and medication administration
Collaborative team of 60+ Urgent Care physicians and APPs
Procedures include simple laceration repair, abscess I&D, foreign body removal, and more
