Job Description
Baptist Medical Group – Anderson Physician Alliance is seeking a BC/BE Urologist. Join an established, high-demand urology practice at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center. With strong referral patterns and current patient access delays exceeding 3 months for new appointments, incoming Urologists step into immediate volume with a long-term growth opportunity.
Robust clinical support with 3 APPs, a dedicated clinic manager, and full ancillary staff
Modern clinic space including 7 exam rooms, 1 treatment room, private physician offices, and dedicated workstations
Flexible clinic and OR scheduling to support work life balance
Shared call coverage with established provider
EPIC EMR with DAX AI dictation
Hospital & Surgical Resources
Single hospital coverage at a 260 bed, Level III Trauma Center
14 operating rooms and 2 Da Vinci Xi robotic systems
On site Interventional Radiology
State-of-the-art cancer center with 4 medical oncologists and 1 radiation oncologist
Dedicated cystoscopy room/table and dedicated X Ray technologist
Access to laser, lithotripsy, and MRI fusion biopsy technology
Strong patient demand, with appointments currently booking months out
