Overview
Position: Urologist • Location: Brainerd, Minnesota
Join Essentia Health in a Urology role within a newly renovated department. You will be part of a collegial and supportive team of professionals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with 2 experienced Urologists and 3 Physician Assistants.
Provide patient care with a typical clinic volume of 18–22 patients per day.
Maintain a flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, 4 days/week, 32 patient contact hours).
Participate in a manageable 1:3 call rotation.
Engage in outpatient and outpatient-adjacent activities with outreach opportunities.
Benefit from a multispecialty organization with over 150 referring providers.
Explore ownership potential in an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Utilize advanced technology and EMR systems (HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified for Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities).
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
Compensation: $586,744 base with potential for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
