Job DescriptionUrology opening in Fargo, ND Service area: 180,000H1B EligiblePosition Details:
\ N Seeking highly motivated clinician with desire to grow Urology practice and service line.
\ N Self-starter who possesses desire for personal and professional growth.
\ N Join 2 Urologists, currently in practice, with 3 NPs and 1 PA
\ N Built in referral pattern from large health system: Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
\ N Dedicated block time
\ N Da Vinci Robot, 120 Watt Holmium Laser, Rezum Therapy, UroNav, Urodynamics
\ N Admissions managed by hospitalist service
\ N 1:3 call weekday
\ N 10-16 Clinic Patients per day, M-F 7am-5pm schedule
\ N Competitive salary, sign on bonus, and retention bonus
\ N 1-4 in-patients per day
\ N Relocation and benefit package
\ N 4 weeks of vacation and10 days CME
\ N Tort reform state

\ N Certified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities
