Full-Time Urologist Opportunity in Rapid City, SD Board Eligible / Board Certified in Urology Position Overview:-Seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Urologist-Join a busy practice with 5 urologists-Call schedule: 1:9-APP support provided-Work at a 417-bed regional tertiary care center and Level II Trauma Center covering a 5-state region-Facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and experienced first-assist staffRobotics & Surgical Practice:-Three Da Vinci robotic systems, including the SP system; fourth system planned-Opportunity to work with 3 robotics-trained surgeons-Ideal candidate has interest in developing a robotic surgery practice-Full range of medical and surgical subspecialties available for support:oCritical CareoHospitalist ServicesoInterventional CardiologyoRadiologyoPathologyoMedical and Radiation Oncology-Active tumor board-Supportive, physician-led and collegial environmentCompensation & Benefits:-Base salary of $629K-Productivity bonuses available from day one-Starting and retention bonuses up to $162,900-Paid relocation and moving allowance-Annual CME reimbursement-Paid malpractice insurance-Comprehensive benefits package-Joint venture equity opportunities-Financial assistance available for those still in training (sign-on)Lifestyle & Location:-Located in a vibrant Mountain West community-Regional airport just 15 minutes from downtown with direct flights to major cities-Area known for outdoor recreation: hiking, skiing, fishing, boating, and more-Enjoy both a high-quality medical practice and an exceptional lifestyle in a growing, scenic region
