\ N Flexible scheduling

WI or IMLC accepted
\ N Locums-to-perm potential
\ N Strong APP + clinical support
Assignment Details \ N Start/end: ASAP - ongoing
\ N Schedule: Flexible based on provider availability
\ N Coverage type: Beeper call only
\ N Call response: 20 minutes
\ N Volume: Approximately 10 patients seen + 20 phone consults
\ N Setting: Inpatient;
Level II trauma
Coverage: Unassigned patients
\ N Support: 7 APPs, 3 RNs, 15 MAs + office staff
\ N EMR: Epic
\ N Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Clinical Details \ N Required scope: General Urology with stone cases and stent procedures
\ N Additional cases welcomed based on provider skill set
\ N Preferred experience includes ureteroscopy, PCNL, laparoscopic and robotic surgery
\ N Additional advanced Urology procedures are preferred but not required
Requirements \ N Board certified required
\ N License: WI or IMLC
\ N PALS
Compensation \ N Rate negotiable, open to your number
\ N Malpractice provided
\ N Travel and lodging reimbursed
