Urology Opportunity
* Join cohesive group of two experienced urologists and three APPs
* Hospital employed in a not-for-profit healthcare system
* General urology; cases and resources available for niche subspecialties
* Urology services include advanced robotic surgery, endoscopic surgery, pediatrics, minimally invasive office procedures, percutaneous stone surgery, advanced prostate cancer treatment, on top of bread-and-butter urology
* Vast referral network and patient base, hit the ground running
* Call shared with urologists and APPs
* Perioperative support provided by APPs within the practice
* Level II Trauma Center
* Supportive administration that focuses on physician well-being
* Balanced work schedule with dedicated clinic and OR days
* Two da Vinci robots
* Block OR Schedule
* Cerner Electronic Medical Records
* Strong compensation structure with a 2-year guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentive, signing bonus, and relocation reimbursement
