\ NDeaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our team at Deaconess Illinois Crossroads in Mount Vernon, IL . This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice within a patient-centered, high-quality health system . Practice & Facility Highlights: \ N 47-bed hospital with 10 room Emergency Department (no trauma designation).

\ N 5 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room available.

\ N 1 Urology room with a Uroview table .

\ N On-site CRNA anesthesia team.

\ N Clinic volume: Expect to see 18-22 patients per day in a fully staffed outpatient setting.

\ N Compensation & Benefits: \ N Guaranteed Salary: $700,000

\ N $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
