\ N Join a 4-physician urology team (2 outpatient, 2 inpatient)
\ N 8 days of call per month with single-hospital coverage
\ N Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci 5 robots
\ N 11-suite main OR plus 6-suite outpatient surgery center
\ N 268-bed independent hospital with 100+ physicians and a 300,000-person regional draw
