Position Details: Practice Setting: The position encompasses both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing a diverse range of clinical experiences.
Quick Ramp-Up: There is potential for a bonus within six months of joining, reflecting the practice's commitment to supporting new physicians in achieving success.
Group Composition: You will be joining two experienced physicians, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge and expertise are shared to deliver the highest quality of care.
Expert Nursing Support: The practice boasts two Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) with over 30 years of combined nursing experience, providing invaluable support to the clinical team.
Surgical Support: General surgery residents are available to provide assistance, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of surgical procedures.
Patient Demographics: The patient population primarily consists of adults aged 18 years and older, offering a diverse range of cases and conditions to manage.
Board Certification: Candidates must be Board certified or board eligible in urology, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, high-quality care.
