Job description
Seeking a full-time BC/BE Urohospitalist to join an established urology service within a respected, physician-led healthcare organization serving East-Central Illinois. Position Highlights: 7 on / 7 off block schedule promoting excellent work-life balance Inpatient-only urology practice focused on consults and acute care management Manage a wide range of emergent and inpatient urologic conditions Collaborate closely with hospitalists, emergency medicine, and specialty teams Strong support from established urology and surgical services Access to modern operating rooms and advanced hospital resources when procedural intervention is needed Well-integrated referral and care coordination systems Stable, team-based environment with strong administrative and clinical support Opportunity to practice in a high-acuity setting without outpatient responsibilities Compensation & Benefits May Include: Competitive flat salary (no RVU-based compensation) Full medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer contributions Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Community: Enjoy the advantages of small-city living with easy access to St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago.
