Physician – Urology in Michigan
We're seeking a dedicated Urologist to join a successful, full scope urology practice in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This employed role offers a broad range of urologic services, strong clinical support, a balanced 1:3 call schedule, and the opportunity to help grow a robotic program at a modern medical center. Sault Ste. Marie provides a scenic waterfront lifestyle with historic charm, year round recreation, and easy access to the Upper Peninsula's most iconic natural attractions.

Full time Urology opportunity for an experienced physician, graduating resident, or fellow
Join a very successful practice offering a wide range of urologic services
Clinic located on the campus of the medical center
EPIC EMR for inpatient and outpatient work
Opportunity to develop a robotic urology program (da Vinci system on site)
Traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; option to discuss a 4 day work week
1:3 call rotation
Supportive, team based medical staff environment focused on quality and safety
Employed position within a physician led organization
Highly competitive compensation plan with WRVU based variable component
