Urology Opportunity Near Chicago
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $
A growing health system in Northwest Indiana, just outside of Chicago, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its expanding employed Urology program. This opportunity offers strong surgical volume, robotics access, excellent compensation, and the ability to help shape a growing practice within a highly desirable suburban Chicago market.
Opportunity Highlights Strong Compensation: $700K$800K base salary + RVU production bonuses
$50,000 Sign-On Bonus + relocation assistance
Robotics Available: Access to 2 robotic systems and modern ORs
Flexible Practice Structure: Mix of clinic and OR based on physician preference
Subspecialty Interests Supported: Ability to incorporate subspecialty focus while maintaining general urology scope
Growing Employed Program: Opportunity to join early and help shape the future of the practice
Established Referral Base: Strong market presence with high patient demand
APP Support: Dedicated support available within the practice
Epic EMR integrated throughout the health system
Compensation & Benefits Residency stipend available
5 weeks PTO
5 CME days + $6,000 allowance
