Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a high-acuity, inpatient-focused urology role in Northeast Arkansas with advanced robotics, predictable scheduling, and minimal outpatient responsibilities.Position Highlights: Dedicated acute care hospitalist model covering inpatients and ER consults with operative management of urgent and emergent urologic casesMinimal outpatient clinic responsibilities and approximately 14-15 shifts per month with structured block schedulingSingle-hospital coverage no satellite travel, no split coverageWork with five da Vinci robotic systems, including the latest da Vinci X Efficient platform, in Arkansas' largest robotic surgery programHigh surgical volume with dedicated OR access, experienced robotic teams, and modern state-of-the-art facilitiesEstablished, high-volume urology service line with strong hospitalist and specialty backupStable referral base serving Northeast Arkansas and physician-led leadership supportCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with productivity incentivesSign-on bonus and relocation assistanceComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement options, CME allowance, and paid time offMalpractice coverage with tailThe Community:This vibrant northeast Arkansas community offers a welcoming small-city lifestyle with a mix of cultural, recreational, and educational opportunities, including parks, local festivals, and a thriving arts scene.
