Hospital-employed position with a well-established urology team in Maryland Access to 5 da Vinci robots on-site, including 2 Xi and 3 DV5 models Very large and efficient robotics team supporting surgical cases Cystoscopy suite on-site for comprehensive urologic care Call schedule of 1:3, transitioning to 1:4 as team grows APP first call evenings until 10 pm and all weekend to support work-life balance General urology focus; urogynecology or uro-oncology experience a plus Board-certified or board-eligible urologists welcome; new and experienced candidates considered Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail From $ to $ annual Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
