Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Jackson, Michigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-supported urology program within a reputable health system serving a diverse and loyal patient population.Position: Permanent MD/DO UrologistLocation: Jackson, MichiganKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a full range of urologic conditions including kidney stones, prostate disorders, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and urologic cancers.Perform inpatient and outpatient procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.Provide consultative services in the clinic and hospital setting.Participate in call coverage on a shared basis.Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers to ensure coordinated patient care.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Michigan.Skilled in general urologic procedures; robotic experience preferred but not required.Strong communication and clinical skills, with a patient-first mindset.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.CME allowance and paid CME leave.Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Student loan repayment assistance available.Join a well-established team and enjoy a fulfilling urology career in Jackson, MIa community known for its friendly atmosphere, excellent schools, and easy access to major metropolitan areas.
