Urology - Midwest Flexible scheduling options designed to support career & work-life balance Position Highlights : Work-Life Balance:Choose a schedule that works for you traditional blocked scheduling or (7on/7off, 14on/14off, etc.) Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume regional referral center with complex surgical, trauma, oncology, and robotic urology cases Ideal Work Environment: Established and respected urology program with collaborative leadership and modern facilities Favorable Call Schedule: Shared 1:7 call rotation with APP, hospitalist, and 24/7 URO tech support Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined patient care.
