Quick Facts: Location: Hazelwood, MO Start Date: 11/16/2026 End Date: 02/15/2027 Shift: Night shift, 5x24-hour (19:00 - 19:00) Hours/Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Temporary/Contract Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in Urology, BLS required Experience: Prior emergency or hospital-based Urology practice preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $410.67/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per law) Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement when applicable What You ll Do: Provide emergency urological consultation and procedures for adult patients Manage approximately 20-30 patient calls per shift, including on-site emergencies Support hospital staff with general urology procedures Ensure 30-minute response time for emergency callbacks Cover one to two hospitals as assigned, with prior knowledge of locations Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system Collaborate with hospital teams to deliver timely patient care What You Need: Required: Board Certification in Urology Missouri and Illinois Medical Licenses (IMLC considered) BLS certification At least 0-5 years of relevant experience Preferred: Urology-specific certifications Emergency or hospital Urology experience About the Assignment: This role involves providing emergency urology coverage in adult community hospital settings located in Hazelwood, Missouri. The provider will handle general urology procedures and respond to hospital calls, supporting patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Coverage is primarily scheduled for nights, with the flexibility to know hospital assignments in advance.
