A well-established physician network in Western New York is seeking a Urologist to join its team and step into a practice with an existing patient base. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to remain clinically focused while maintaining access to academic resources and optional teaching and research involvement. The position offers an attractive balance of practice stability, professional flexibility, and long-term growth. Opportunity Highlights Join an established team of urologists in a blended community/private practice model Step into an existing patient panel, allowing the incoming physician to quickly build a productive practice Manage a broad range of general urologic conditions, including kidney stones, prostate conditions, incontinence, UTIs, bladder and kidney cancers, and male fertility concerns Perform a variety of in-office procedures and services, including cystoscopy, urodynamics, prostate and bladder biopsies, ultrasound imaging, uroflow testing, Botox bladder treatments, and testosterone injections See approximately 1518 patients per day, with flexibility for physicians interested in a higher-volume practice Receive access to extensive academic resources while maintaining a primarily clinical practice Pursue optional teaching and student engagement, with potential pathways toward hospital privileges, credentialing, and an academic appointment Receive a $25,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance to support your transition to Western New York Enjoy 6 weeks of PTO and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Community Information Buffalo & Niagara Falls, New York Discover life in Buffalo and the greater Niagara Falls region , where the energy of a revitalized metropolitan area meets some of the most recognizable natural scenery in the world.
