End Date/Duration: Permanent position Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (benefits package included) Benefits: Competitive pay following MGMA guidelines Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation allowance, if applicable Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options Retirement plan with employer contributions Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice, travel, and licensure reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave & wellness programs Employer-provided licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements What You ll Do Provide urological consultations and outpatient procedures Utilize advanced equipment including DaVinci robotic system Manage a balanced case mix: approximately 50% adult and 50% geriatric patients Collaborate with a team of 2 other urologists and ancillary staff Participate in on-call rotations (about 10 days/month) Support inpatient and outpatient care within the hospital and clinic setting Work with on-site lab and imaging services (X-ray, PVR scanner) What You Need Required: Medical license in Ohio or eligible to obtain Board-certified or eligible in Urology Minimum 2 years of Urology practice experience Ability to live within 40 miles or willing to relocate Preferred: Experience with robotic surgery and outpatient procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to quality care and patient safety About the Position Join a thriving multispecialty group affiliated with Cleveland Clinic, located at a fully accredited, nationally recognized acute care hospital in Ashtabula.
