Job Details & ScheduleSpecialty: UrologyStart Date: November 02, 2026End Date: OngoingCoverage Type: Clinic + CallOffice Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (34 half-day clinic sessions per week)Patient Volume & Practice DetailsOffice Patient Volume: 1520 patients per dayHospital Surgical Volume: 48 procedures per dayFacility Layout: 6 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and 1 Urodynamic Study (UDS) roomOffice Staffing: 2 NPs, 3 MOAs, 6 clinical staff, 1 surgery scheduler, and 1 UDS technicianOffice Equipment: UDS machine, ultrasound machine (with vaginal/rectal probe & Trophon), Bovie, 2 cystoscopy monitors, 34 rigid cystoscopes, 8 flexible cystoscopes, and disposable cystoscopesClinical Scope & ProceduresIn-Office Procedures: Vasectomy, prostate biopsies, prostate ultrasounds, cystoscopy with stent removalIn-Hospital Procedures: Standard & advanced urological cases including TURP, Urolift, PCNL, GreenLight laser prostate, laser lithotripsy, ureteroscopy, aquablation, cryoablation, HIFU, robotic/open reconstructive cases (e.g., abdominal sacrocolpopexy, sling, Interstim, rectocele/cystocele repair), and nephrectomy (radical/partial)Requirements & CredentialsBoard Certification: Board Certified (BC)Life Support Certifications: ACLS, BLSLicensure: Active Ohio (OH) license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)EMR System: MEDITECHCredentialing Timeline: 90 Days
