Radical Cystectomy w/Ileo-Loop Conduit
Radical Prostatectomy
Nephrectomy
Prostatectomy
Pelvic Node Dissection
Robotic Surgery (including Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound)
Adrenalectomy
Renal and Bladder Ultrasound (w/Biopsy)
TRUS Biopsies
Fertility Work-Up
Incontinence Procedures
Penile Prosthesis
Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
Renal Transplant Surgery
Advanced Pediatric Surgery
EMR System: Cerner
Facility: The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus, El Paso, TX
Credentialing: Estimated 120 days
Malpractice Insurance: Provided by Vendor
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; Fellowship required; Other certification required
Licensure: Must be licensed in TX only; IMLC not accepted
