Fellowship: Fellowship training is preferred.
License Requirement: Physicians must be licensed in Pennsylvania only.
Certification Requirements: ACLS: Yes
BLS: Yes
PALS: Yes (certification must be through the American Heart Association)
Additional Details: Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency credentialing is available with a clean file.
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Description/Other Details: Providers will need to document notes for OT and CB within the electronic timesheet.
The site seeks an all-inclusive rate that may include some time in the clinic.
