"UrologistAssignment Details Location: Franklin, Pennsylvania Start Date: August 24, 2026 Duration: Ongoing Practice Setting: Hospital and Outpatient ClinicCompensation:24hr Clinic/OR/Surgery: $4,285 per 24 hoursOrientation: $390/hr24hr Clinic/OR/Surgery Callback: $390/hr (to include 8 hour gratis)24 Hour Call: $4,130 per 24 hours 24hr Call Callback: $390/hr (to include 4 hour gratis)Hourly: $390/hrSchedule 7-day call coverage (8:00 AM8:00 AM) One OR day each week (Monday or Tuesday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM) One clinic day each week (Wednesday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM) Approximately 4 call shifts per month 30-minute response time for callClinical Details General Urology practice Patient Population: 90% Adult, 10% Pediatric EMR: Epic Average Inpatient Census: 4 patients/day Average Consults: 2 during the day / 2 overnight Outpatient Clinic Volume: Approximately 25 patients/day Surgical Volume: Approximately 10 cases/day Provider works independently One clinic day per week is at a nearby outpatient clinic approximately 2 miles from the hospitalCall Responsibilities 24-hour call In-house and telephone call coverage Average Admissions While On Call: 1Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Residency trained Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain one DEA required BLS certification Minimum of 3 years of experienceCredentialing Approximately 90 days Emergency privileges available for qualified providersAdditional Information Coverage is needed as soon as possible.
