Specialty: UrologyStart date: Dec End date: OngoingCoverage type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + CallSchedule: Must be PA Licensed Must have availability for the dates belowOpen need for Urology - Clinic and shared callDates of Coverage:Urology: DATES:Dec 23 - Jan 3rd will accept multiple providersBLS, ACLS and/or PALS is required, certification must be through the American Heart Association Must have a Pennsylvania DEA Must have a Pennsylvania state license Must have malpractice insurance in the amounts of $1,000,000 in indemnity limits per occurrence and $3,000,000 in indemnity in the aggregate and DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center must be listed as the certificate holder Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residencyCurrent # of Physicians & Support Staff2 physicians, two physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, one practicemanager, one RN, four clinicians, two surgical schedulers, five front office staff.Volume Approximately 15% IP and 85% OPPatients per shift: 20-30No of beds : Minimum Board Certification: BEEMR System: Epic
