JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Profession: Physician Specialty: Urology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Wausau, WI 54401 Service Setting: Inpatient Coverage Type: Call Only Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing Call Schedule: 24-hrs; 7a-7a 1-2 weeks per month Mon-Mon preferred Might consider weekend coverage Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 20 mins Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance coveredPATIENT INFORMATION Rounding: Unassigned Patients Phone Consults: 20FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Support Staff: 3 RNs, 15 MAs, 7 APPs, 4 Office StaffPRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: No Temporary Privileges Available: NoREQUIRED PROCEDURES/CASE MIX Stone Cases Stents JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC Licenses: WI or IMLC Fellowship: PreferredDuties & Responsibilities Perform urological surgeries including stone cases and stent placements. Remain open to additional urological procedures as required. Adapt to scheduling needs to ensure coverage. Provide on-call coverage for urology consultations. Maintain communication with facility staff.
