Take your choice! Hospital system in southwestern Virginia is looking for an urologist to join their team. This is a top of the spectrum ultra-modern hospital. They are open to the option of a private practice with an income guarantee or a hospital employed position. If the income guarantee is chosen, it will transition to a large RVU based production model in the second year.
