Job description
Thriving Urology practice available for individual seeking partnership track arrangement or hospital employed option. Robotics team in place with over 10 years of experience. Income guarantee or base salary negotiable. Salary range is $500,000 to $600,000. Call: 1:5 EMR: Epic Patients per day: 20-25 General schedule: 4 days per week DaVinci Robot Compensation transitions to a base salary plus production pay model after two years Benefits include but not limited to paid time off of about 6 weeks per year, maternity leave, various license, certification and dues fees, medical coverage, long and short-term disability insurance, retirement plan, and tail insurance Commitment incentive Relocation assistance Loan repayment Moving allowance Signing bonus offered for qualified candidate Excellent hospital support Clinic located on hospital campus for easy access The Community Life on the Palouse feels more urban than rural.
