What You ll DoProvide inpatient urology coverage through scheduled 24-hour call shifts
Respond to urgent cases and perform surgical assessments as needed
Manage patient cases during call periods, including callbacks averaging 4 5 hours daily
Collaborate with the hospital team on patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
Support the facility s urology needs with flexibility for additional shifts if comfortable
What You NeedActive medical license or IMLC licensure in Washington
BC certification in Urology
DEA registration
Urology surgical skills and experience with inpatient call coverage
Ability to work 24-hour beeper call shifts
Strong communication and patient management skills
