What You'll DoAssist in Urology procedures such as stone cases and stent placements
Support surgical teams and patient care activities pre- and post-operation
Maintain sterile field and assist with equipment setup and sterilization
Monitor patient conditions and report critical findings
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in a clinical setting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
What You NeedValid nursing license (RN) in Wisconsin
Prior experience in Urology or surgical units preferred
Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
