Quick Facts Location: Fond du Lac, WI Start Date: 12/07/2026 End Date: 03/08/2027 Schedule: 4x24-Hour Day Shifts (07:00 AM 07:00 AM) Coverage: Thursday Sunday, plus an additional Friday Sunday weekend Hours per week: Approximately 40 hours Employment Type: Contract/Travel assignment License/Certs: Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology Experience: No minimum required Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay of $30.42/hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide inpatient urology coverage at a hospital setting Perform procedures including scrotal, endoscopic, and general surgery support Rounding daily, with participation in weekend coverage (two weekends per month) Collaborate with a team of three physicians and two advanced practice providers Support trauma cases in rare instances using all standard equipment Utilize Epic EMR/charting software for documentation and patient records Contribute to patient care for adolescents and older patients What You Need Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy hospital environment No specific experience minimum required About the Assignment Join a supportive, hospital-based urology team serving adolescents and adults in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
