This is a newly established rural family medicine residency program affiliated with Quinnipiac University, embedded within one of Connecticut's largest not-for-profit, fully integrated healthcare systems. The facility offers a 100% outpatient setting with seamless access to a robust network of specialists, Behavioral Health services, High-Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers, supported by EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation, Ambient AI integration, and dedicated support staff including nursing support and a Medical Assistant.

Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
Full-time Academic Primary Care Physician combining clinical and core faculty responsibilities for a newly established rural family medicine residency program
100% outpatient primary care setting, caring for patients from birth through adulthood; no obstetrics
Dedicated time for teaching, precepting, patient care, and administrative responsibilities
Weekdays only schedule with phone call only; averages approximately 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Educate and mentor future family medicine physicians while delivering comprehensive care across all age groups
BC/BE Family Medicine required with unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
Paid CME time and CME allowance provided
