A respected regional healthcare organization is actively recruiting an experienced Internist (Internal Medicine Outpatient Physician) to join our established group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, womens health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About the position: Great opportunity for the independent who wants a solo practice, but will have great office support Ideal candidate will assist with optimizing clinical workflows Schedule ideal for work/life balance work to live not live to work Practitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS Qualifications: BE/BC in Internal Medicine Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority At least one year of practice experience Our notable highlights: Community Trauma Hospital (Lander) with full OB and surgical services Mammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.) Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, womens health Chest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac care Recognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown Institute Committed to community benefitsignificant investments in technology and uncompensated care Recruitment package may include: Compensation in the MGMA 50 th -75 th % inclusive of wRVU production incentive $5K CME allowance $30K Sign-on bonus 25+ days PTO $10K+ relocation allowance Student loan repayment assistance Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage Residency stipend About Lander/Riverton: Nestled between mountain ranges in Fremont County, Lander and Riverton, WY offer breathtaking views, a close-knit community, and no state income tax.
