Physicians,Hematology & Oncology

A well-established, community-focused cancer program near Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology physician to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, collegial practice with strong institutional support and a balanced schedule.
Position Highlights
- Join an established Hematology & Oncology program with a strong regional reputation
- Outpatient-focused practice with manageable call
- Can see anywhere from 15 PPD up to 40 PPD if desired
- Supported by experienced nursing staff, 4 APPs, and oncology-trained clinical teams
- Comprehensive oncology services, including infusion, radiation oncology, and diagnostics
- Modern facilities with onsite resources to support efficient, high-quality care; 13 Exam Rooms and 15 Infusion chairs
Compensation & Benefits
- $665k base salary with productivity incentives
- $75k Sign-on bonus and $10k relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, malpractice, and CME
- Paid time off and holidays
Qualifications
- BC/BE in Hematology & Oncology
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- J1 and H1b visa sponsor available
