Job DescriptionJob Title: Physiotherapist
Department: Rehabilitation / Physiotherapy
Reports To: Senior Physiotherapist / Medical DirectorKey Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.Provide exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other appropriate treatments.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, mobility, and injury prevention.Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Follow clinical, safety, and infection-control protocols.Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent).Valid professional registration/licensure as applicable.Clinical experience is preferred, depending on the position.Key Skills: Strong clinical assessment and treatment skillsPatient communication and counsellingKnowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitationEmpathy and professionalismDocumentation and teamwork skillsExperience:
Freshers may be considered; experienced candidates are preferred for senior roles.
