Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a PICC Team Registered Nurse to provide expert vascular access care across inpatient units. The PICC RN is responsible for assessing patients for appropriate line selection, performing ultrasound-guided PICC and midline insertions, troubleshooting central lines, and educating patients and staff on line care and infection prevention. This role collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, documents accurately in the EMR, adheres to evidence-based protocols, and supports quality and safety initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment.
