This individual will report into our Outbound Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Picking Team.Job Type: Full-Time, ExemptLocation: 335,000 sq. ft. in Dayton, NJ at 30 Apple Orchard Dr., Suite 1, Dayton, NJ 08810Schedule: This role oversees an operation that runs Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET and Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET (Saturdays run based on operational need). While this position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 11:30pm ET, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams.Base Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $72,440 to $90,550 within a full position range of $72,440 to $108,660 annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint.Responsibilities:Ensure the Picking Team is picking all Fast Track shipments that come in on a daily basis while keeping a high level of accuracyWave orders and delegate specific assignments when necessaryServe as the main point of contact for the Customer Service Team in terms of high priority orders, incomplete SKUs, order errors or any issues that come up that relate to the Picking TeamTrain all team members on all operational processes along with standard safety and organizational processes by working with the Training TeamEnsure that priority replenishments are completed in a timely mannerTrack performance of each team member and providing consistent feedback regularly along with check-ins along with individual and departmental KPI successConduct monthly check-ins with each member of the Picking Team in order to establish rapport and provide feedbackImmediately address all personnel and performance related incidents that ariseEnsure the Picking Associate's timecards are accurate and up to dateAttend and participate in the HR Leadership meetings twice a monthExecute all process improvements developed and in partnership with the Outbound Manager to support the growthExecute all projects assigned by the Outbound ManagerAll members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplaceRequirements:High school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independentlyAbility to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per dayFundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain and logistics conceptsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Outlook, and Excel)Strong problem solving and time management skills; strong attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, multitask and follow process and standard proceduresWhy work with us:We have awesome benefits – We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
