JETSET Pilates® is seeking a passionate General Manager for their Walnut Creek studio. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team, ensuring exemplary service and effective studio operations. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, analyzing key performance metrics, and developing marketing strategies to boost client engagement.
As part of the role, the General Manager will instruct classes, cultivate community relationships, and oversee instructor hiring and training. Passion for fitness and exceptional leadership skills are essential.
