Job description
Pipe Fitter PositionWe are seeking skilled and dependable Pipe Fitters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in commercial, industrial, or construction settings.Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping drawingsInstall, assemble, and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and related equipmentMeasure, cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes as requiredAlign and secure piping systems using appropriate tools and equipmentInspect piping systems for leaks, defects, and proper operationPerform pressure testing and system troubleshootingFollow all safety procedures, codes, and company policiesMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork collaboratively with welders, laborers, and other tradesQualifications:Previous pipe-fitting experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of piping materials, fittings, valves, and installation methodsExperience with hand tools, power tools, and pipe-fitting equipmentWelding experience is a plusOSHA or other safety training is helpfulAbility to lift materials and work in various positions and environmentsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetySchedule and Pay:Monday through FridayOccasional weekends may be requiredPay depends on experienceInterested candidates should submit a resume detailing their pipe-fitting experience, certifications, and relevant skills.
