Since 1996, MSS has taken pride in retaining some of the best talents in the industry by promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and empowerment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervise the lay out, assembly, and installation of various sizes and types of piping.Direct others on work activities and organize scheduling of resources.Read blue prints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.Solve simple job related problems and bring solutions to the superintendent or project manager.Ability to work with a variety of tools, large machines and specialty equipment.Support the Superintendent and Project Manager to complete the project in a timely manner.Provide the best quality and productive work without contact reminder.Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.Qualifications and Education RequirementsPhysical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching and gripping. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (maximum solo lift) and constant lifting to 25 lbs., placing this position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC).Material Handling: lifting from floor level to overhead, with occasional lifting up to 115 lbs. frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. and constant lifting up to 25 lbs., placing the position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC).Required Education: High School Graduate or equivalent, work experience.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.Must successfully pass a background check & drug test.Work EnvironmentExposure to weather, extreme heat or cold, high noise intensity level, atmospheric conditions, exposure to electrical shock, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, wet and/or humid, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working high exposure places.Benefit HighlightsAt MSS, we value our employees by providing a supportive culture with competitive compensation and a benefits package that continues to evolve based on the growth of our business and our employees' needs.
