Job description
Southland Holdings is seeking an experienced Pipe Superintendent for a large heavy civil project in Cape Coral, FL. The role focuses on leadership of field operations, safety, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors, inspectors, and internal equipment teams.
You will manage 4-week lookahead schedules, develop work plans, review contract documents, and mentor foremen and assistants, all while maintaining safety and quality on site.
