Pipefitter and Structural Fitter OpportunitiesCurrently hiring experienced Pipefitters and Structural Fitters for industrial and fabrication shop work. The ideal pipefitter and structural fitter candidate should have experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel. As a Pipefitter you will work in an industrial setting, primarily with 2"–4" piping, with pipe sizes up to 24". Structural Fitters will work in a fabrication shop, fitting and assembling carbon and stainless steel components. Schedule is Monday - Thursday 6:30AM - 4:30PM with overtime as needed. If you have 4 or more years experience as a pipefitter apply now!Pipefitter ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, fit, and modify industrial piping systems according to blueprints and specificationsWork primarily with 2"–4" pipe and sizes up to 24"Work with stainless steel and carbon steel pipe, fittings, flanges, and related componentsMeasure, cut, thread, bevel, fit, and prepare pipe for installationPerform pipe layout, alignment, and fit-upRead and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specificationsInstall pipe supports, brackets, clamps, and other fastening systemsPrepare and tack piping assemblies for weldingTest piping systems for leaks and proper operation using pressure testing equipmentTroubleshoot, repair, and modify piping systems as neededCoordinate with welders and other trades to complete installationsStructural Fitter ResponsibilitiesFit and assemble carbon steel and stainless steel components in a fabrication shop settingRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication drawingsMeasure, lay out, cut, grind, and fit materialPosition and align structural componentsPrepare and tack assemblies for weldingUse levels, squares, tape measures, and other layout and measuring toolsVerify dimensions, angles, alignment, and overall fit before weldingWork closely with welders and fabrication personnel to complete assembliesSafely operate grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipmentPipefitter and Structural Fitter Qualifications4 or more years experience with industrial pipefitting and/or structural fitting experienceExperience working with stainless steel and carbon steelReliable transportation, valid Driver's License and dependable attendanceAbility to pass a drug screenBenefitsWeekly payReferral bonus programPaid time off and holiday payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401k
